FREE SHIPPING on orders over $90
International
We do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia. Please contact us with an expression of interest if you are residing in another country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- As all of our products are handmade and most are made to order, we aim to ship your order within 3 working days, Mon - Fri, of receiving it. We recommend allowing 7 -10 working days for final delivery. We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
- Please add hello@lyscoccinelle.com.au to your safe senders list so you don’t miss any email updates from us.
- Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. For WA, NT and remote areas, please add 2 - 3 days for delivery. For a shipping estimate, visit the Australia Post website and enter ‘4116’ Calamvale in the 'From' field.
How do I track my delivery?
- All of our orders are sent via courier or Australia post. The tracking details will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received this, please check your spam mail folder. Updates on your expected order will be sent via SMS & email. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email our team at: orders@lyscoccinelle.com.au
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
- As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please send our team an email at orders@lyscoccinelle.com.au and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been despatched.
Refunds & Returns
Returns
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
- Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
- Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.
Damaged Items
- We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from the journey to you.
- However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us with 48hrs of receiving your products and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
- Please email a photo of damaged goods with your claim.
PLEASE NOTE: All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving order.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the same payment method you purchased with.
- Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
